The peer mentor will support assigned students within their living learning community (Llc) by developing strong relationships, cultivating a positive residence community, and creating an environment conducive to living and learning. Key duties include role modeling positive behavior, following the campus wide co-Curriculum through program development, maintaining open communication, and managing administrative tasks.
Applicants must be legally eligible for employment, enrolled as a full-Time student (Minimum 3 full credits), and maintain a satisfactory academic average (Minimum 65% in four full credits from the preceding fall/Winter session). Preference is given to applicants with prior post-Secondary residence experience and those who have completed at least 10% of their campus wide co-Curriculum (Cwc).
