Substitute teachers are responsible for creating powerful moments that shift students’ perception of what’s possible and connecting students with classroom role models. They must positively contribute to the community by sparking a love for learning while filling the teacher shortage crisis.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, although non-Degreed candidates with relevant work experience will be considered, and must have at least one year of experience working with students. A strong belief in every child's unique gift and the confidence to manage a classroom are also necessary.
