The mine practical trainer will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering training programs, evaluating existing departmental training, and coordinating training schedules across departments. This role also involves monitoring employee performance, maintaining training records, and ensuring training material stays current with regulatory and process changes.
Candidates must possess a grade 12 education or ged, coupled with a technical or operating background, including strong knowledge of mine operation, maintenance techniques, and mobile equipment operation. Essential requirements include excellent computer skills (Word, excel, powerpoint, successfactors), strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and knowledge of oh&s and mine regulations.
