This role involves facilitating, administering, and supporting technical training requests, including needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation, while ensuring alignment with the downstream she&s strategy. The position also requires providing leadership to assigned resources and contributing to content development, obtaining certifications, and delivering specific safety and leadership training programs.
Candidates must possess 6-10 years of she&s experience, preferably with training responsibilities in agriculture or a similar industry, and ideally hold a degree or professional certificate in adult learning/Education or instructional design. Essential qualifications include expertise in adult learning principles, strong leadership and communication skills, advanced facilitation abilities, technological competence, and a deep understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
