The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing in-Person, hybrid, and/Or virtual programs, special events, workshops, series, and other activities for clients on behalf of the ottawa public library. This involves building strong relationships with ottawa communities to organize engaging activities and promoting library services.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in library science or information science from a recognized institution and have six months of related experience working with community partners and supporting program planning, coordination, and implementation. The role requires bilingual proficiency in french and english (Oral, reading, and writing) and successful completion of a vulnerable sector police record check.
