Camp Leader/Lifeguard

The camp leader/Lifeguard provides direct leadership, instruction, and supervision in a comprehensive program for children aged 3 to 12, while also performing lifeguarding duties at the shawnigan lake waterfront for day camps. Daily activities include an educational component focused on environmental protection and promoting active, healthy lifestyles within natural environments.

Candidates must have a minimum secondary school graduation and be at least 19 years old, possessing a valid nl certificate and basic first aid with cpr c. Required experience includes a minimum of 250 hours of lifeguarding, though waterfront certification and experience are assets.
