The camp leader is responsible for leading, engaging, and implementing nature programs and adventure experiences for children aged 5-14 in small groups, using the mountain environment to inspire outdoor connection and activity. This includes following activity schedules, providing appropriate supervision and instruction, and ensuring the campers' well-Being and safety at all times.
Candidates should preferably have completed secondary school or possess combined experience in childcare and outdoor activities, and must be available for the entire contract period from june 22nd to september 4th, including mandatory training. Required abilities include previous experience leading groups or public speaking, effective communication, self-Starting capability, ability to work in inclement weather, fluency in english, and a demonstrated interest in fields like education or biology.
