Candidates must have previous supervisory or leadership experience in a camp or outdoor education setting, coupled with a strong passion for outdoor recreation and youth development. Required qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in risk management, and completion of post-Secondary education or equivalent experience, along with the ability to teach specific outdoor activities.
