The adventure camp team lead will be responsible for creating transformative experiences for leaders and campers by being supportive, fostering teamwork, and leading by example in positivity and resilience. Essential functions include supporting daily camp operations, enforcing safety policies, mentoring camp leaders, and proactively troubleshooting issues with campers.
Applicants must complete grade 12 by the start of employment and possess a 16-Hour wilderness first aid course or equivalent. Required abilities include proficiency in microsoft office and previous experience working with children/Youth, with preference given to those with relevant post-Secondary education or certifications like ece or crisis intervention training.
