This position will support the curator in expanding social and community perspectives by decentering euro-Canadian experiences and confronting power imbalances within the museum. Duties include assisting with exhibit research and development, cataloguing artefacts, delivering educational programming, and conducting facility tours.
Applicants must be registered with young canada works, aged 16-30, and have been full-Time students preceding and intending to return full-Time following the employment period. Candidates must have completed one year of study in history, education, design, museum studies, or a related field, and possess skills in community relationship building and inclusive storytelling.
