Candidates must possess a minimum high school diploma and be at least 16 years old, with a minimum of two years of practical teaching experience in formal dance styles like ballet, hip-Hop, and k-Pop for children and youth. Required certifications include current standard first aid and cpr 'c', and a high five certificate demonstrating adherence to healthy child development principles.
