The Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) primarily supports the Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in planning and implementing programs and daily activities for children. Key duties involve maintaining a high-quality environment, observing and caring for individual child needs, and ensuring open communication with parents and team members.
Candidates must possess up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications, current immunization records, and a two-tiered TB test. Essential qualifications include confidence in working with all age groups (infants to school age) and the ability to manage challenging behaviors while communicating effectively with parents.

Report any issues or concerns that may arise in accordance with proper procedures. Supports the direction and participate with children in all planned activities. Use well-developed interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff, and parents. Maintains the cleanliness of the classroom
