The early childhood assistant (Eca) primarily supports the registered early childhood educator (Rece) in planning and implementing programs and daily activities for children. Key duties involve maintaining a high-Quality environment, observing and caring for individual child needs, and ensuring open communication with parents and team members.
Candidates must possess up-To-Date first aid and cpr certifications, current immunization records, and a two-Tiered tb test. Essential qualifications include confidence in working with all age groups (Infants to school age) and the ability to manage challenging behaviors while communicating effectively with parents.
