The head coach is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and development of the men's volleyball program, focusing on creating a strong team culture aligned with institutional principles to promote competitive success and personal growth. Key duties include managing program administration, finances, personnel, organizing team activities, supervising staff, and conducting effective practices.
Requirements summary
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and nccp community or instruction level training, along with previous competitive club and/Or post-Secondary head coaching experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced coaching certification and five years of coaching experience at the post-Secondary level.
