This role involves providing strategic academic leadership to the school of nursing and allied health programs across multiple campuses, ensuring high standards of academic excellence and program innovation responsive to labor market needs. The associate dean will also champion scholarly activities, strengthen community engagement, and cultivate a collaborative team culture focused on student success.
Candidates must be an academic nurse leader holding a minimum of a master’s degree (Phd preferred) in a related health field and must maintain current registration with the college of nurses of ontario. Required experience includes a minimum of five years in a leadership role within academia or industry, along with demonstrated skills in budget management, project management, and navigating unionized environments.
