The associate dean will provide strategic academic management for diverse programs within engineering and environmental technologies, overseeing apprenticeship, certificate, and diploma programs, while also supporting applied research initiatives. Key duties include managing operations, conducting curriculum reviews, developing new programs, supervising teaching processes, and fostering relationships with internal and external partners.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in engineering (Preferred) along with an accredited undergraduate engineering degree suitable for professional licensure, and a minimum of 9 years of experience in engineering technology, environmental, or skilled trades fields. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in academia or industry, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, is also required.
