The physical therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in an in-Home setting for older adults. They will assess, develop, and deliver individualized therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation and promote patient independence.
Candidates must have a valid physical therapy license and a master's degree in physical therapy or a related field. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation is also required.
