This role administers and expands the faith community nursing and health promotion program by collaborating with faith communities to integrate healthcare knowledge with faith traditions for spiritual and physical well-Being. Responsibilities include operationalizing the program, overseeing liaisons, developing educational priorities based on community needs assessments, and ensuring quality outcomes through data collection and reporting.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and four years of clinical nursing experience, along with a texas rn license upon hire. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in nursing, one year of faith community nursing or leadership experience, and faith community nursing certification.
