The waterfront team lead is responsible for planning, preparing, and leading all waterfront activities, including swimming, sailing, and various paddle sports, while ensuring the safety of all participants. This role also involves supervising waterfront staff, managing equipment resources, and collaborating with management to deliver engaging camp experiences.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of two years of experience in summer camps or outdoor centers, including significant experience in lifeguarding and waterfront duties. A current national lifeguard (Nl) certification and proficiency in various watercraft instruction are mandatory requirements.
