The team lead is responsible for planning, preparing, and leading all challenge course and initiatives programming, including high ropes, low ropes, initiatives activities, and the climbing wall. This role also involves ensuring the safety and well-Being of all staff and participants while supervising challenge course staff.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of two years of experience working at summer camps or outdoor centers, with specific experience in adventure programming, challenge course, and climbing wall operations. A current and satisfactory police record check with vulnerable sector screening and a current challenge course instructor (Level 2) certification are required.
