Camp managers are responsible for overseeing all activities at their assigned summer camps, ensuring program delivery and safety standards are met while providing hands-On involvement in teaching children. This role also includes managing staff, mentoring supervisors and instructors, and engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Candidates should have experience managing, coaching, or supervising youth (Ages 13-24), preferably in a camp or sports setting, and must be highly organized and enthusiastic leaders. Required qualifications include holding or obtaining standard first aid with cpr-C, passing a criminal record check (If 18+), and possessing the ability to ride a bike proficiently.
