The primary goal is to work directly with individuals using life services and their support networks to co-Design and experience personalized services focused on learning, relationships, community, and economic inclusion. This involves providing in-Person support, training, monitoring individuals in various settings, researching employment connections, and evaluating service effectiveness.
A diploma in human services, social services, or community development is required, along with three years of recent related experience in community involvement or a related field. Candidates must also possess advanced skills in person-Centred thinking, risk identification, and user-Led service design principles.
