Early childhood educators collaborate in a dynamic team to foster the intellectual, physical, and emotional growth of children aged 0-5 by planning and implementing inclusive, developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities include developing and leading play-Based learning programs, contributing to curriculum improvement through observations, and maintaining positive communication with families.
Candidates must possess the required bc early childhood education certification, with infant toddler and special needs certificates being preferred, alongside current first aid, cpr, and tb test clearance. Applicants also need up-To-Date immunizations, a clear bc criminal record check, and a minimum of two previous work references.
