Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, counseling, or social work, along with a minimum of two years of experience in academic advising or student support. Required qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, experience with case management and academic recovery planning, and proficiency in microsoft excel for data analysis.
