The supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to child & family clinicians and child & youth counsellors, holding accountability for clinical quality, service flow, and program performance across intensive in-Home, day treatment, and live-In services. Responsibilities include facilitating multidisciplinary, trauma-Informed treatment, managing staff development, monitoring budgets, and ensuring accountability for service delivery targets.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, counselling psychology, or a related health discipline, along with membership in good standing with a relevant regulatory college eligible to provide clinical supervision. A minimum of five years of directly related experience is required, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating knowledge of developmental trauma, attachment theory, and evidence-Based modalities.
