Report Specialist

The incumbent will be responsible for developing, customizing, and testing new reports, dashboards, and queries using tools like cognos analytics, while collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements. Additionally, they will serve as a backup administrator for cognos analytics, managing performance, security, and data models.

Candidates must possess a degree in computer science or equivalent, along with at least three years of relevant experience, including expertise in cognos analytics 11 or 12 and creating models using framework manager. Strong technical skills in sql, relational database management systems (Preferably oracle/Ms sql), and experience with higher education erp software like banner are essential.
