The challenge course program supervisor is responsible for developing and safely running adventure programming for campers, while supervising and supporting their staff team. They will also ensure the safe operation of the challenge course and provide direct feedback and evaluations to team members.
Candidates should have at least two years of post-Secondary education or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with camp experience and a background in working with children or youth. Additional qualifications include a valid police record check, first aid certification, and experience in adventure-Based learning.
