The waterfront director is responsible for overseeing all waterfront activities, including swim tests and water challenges. They will also manage the waterfront staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a current nls award or equivalent lifeguard certification. Additional requirements include experience in lifeguarding, boating certifications, and knowledge of safe water activity procedures.
