Core responsibilities
The role involves instructing and demonstrating automotive service technician theory and practical curriculum, as well as evaluating student progress and providing ongoing support. Instructors are also responsible for preparing additional study and lab materials for learners.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be a certified red seal journeyman automotive service technician with a minimum of 5 years of recent industry experience. Teaching or training experience is preferred, along with the ability to teach trade math and adapt to diverse learning styles.
