The community mental health worker provides psychosocial assessment, consultation, and evidence-Informed counseling interventions to individuals referred to the mental health program. They assist individuals and families in maximizing independence and promoting personal wellness through therapeutic skills.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience providing evidence-Based therapy to children and adolescents, with a preference for three to five years. A graduate degree in a health-Related field is required, and experience in trauma-Informed care and mental health services is essential.
