The specialist in vision rehabilitation provides instruction and guidance in independent living skills and assistive technology to individuals with vision loss. This role involves assessing needs, developing personalized plans, and promoting self-Advocacy to enhance clients' independence.
Candidates should have knowledge and experience working with individuals with vision loss and adaptive technology. A graduate degree in a relevant field and eligibility for acvrep certification are preferred.
