Coordinate and promote prevention initiatives related to socio-emotional learning, mental health literacy, and student well-being in classrooms and across the school. Support the implementation and promotion of socio-emotional skills development and at-risk behavior prevention programs in the classroom. Collaborate with the school team to identify targeted socio-emotional needs within the school community. Collaborate with the school team to develop learning plans for designated students. Provide counselling individually or in small groups to offer socio-emotional support tailored to students' needs. Work directly with students with behavior and/or mental health concerns.
