THE FACULTY OF ARTS INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR CONTACT ACADEMIC STAFF POSITIONS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY Course Name Topics in Colonial and Nationalist History in India Course Number HIST-3406-250 Course Dates: 01/07/2027-04/06/2027 Contract Start Date December 04, 2026 Contract End Date May 14, 2027 Number of Classes 12 Class Times T/TH 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM Projected Enrolment 25 Credit Hours 3 Location of Course HBO-ACCESS Qualifications Post M.A. studies minimum ABD Remuneration $6,655 (inclusive of vacation pay based on 2019-2026 UWFA-CAS Agreement) Course Description: This course examines selected topics in the history of colonial India from the eighteenth century to the Partition of the subcontinent in 1947.
