Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA) Job Duties Job Duties As an instructor you will provide instruction and evaluation in the Office Administration program. Assignments from the Office Administration program may include word processing and other computer applications: keyboarding; document formatting; office procedures; oral and written communications; manual and automated accounting; and/or personal management skills. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) 1. Four year B.Ed. degree with a major in Business Education OR four year B.Ed. degree plus an Office Education certificate OR an equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant office experience. 2. Two years (within the last five years) of recent, relevant and successful instructional or business experience. 3. Demonstrated ability to use all components of a computer applications suite and to integrate applications. 4. Demonstrated ability to properly format business documents. 5. Demonstrated keyboarding proficiency using touch typing at a minimum speed of 45 words per minute. 6. Effective time management skills. 7. Effective experience working as part of a team. 8.
