  • Locations: 160 - 815 Village Drive, Port Coquitlam, BC
  • Hours: Monday – Sunday (5 – 40 hours per week)

  • What to Expect
  • Application – your profile will be reviewed within a week, and you'll hear back from us no matter what. We aim to respond to every applicant within 48 hours. If you haven’t heard from us within the first week, feel free to reach out!
  • Virtual Prescreen – a 30-minute call/in-person with our regional hiring team to learn more about Pedalheads, how this role impacts the larger organization, and to answer any final questions you may have
  • In-person Interview - a 45-minute in person interview at the pool location to see you in action in the water. You'll join two classes and take over the teaching for 5-10 min. All class information and swim skills will be provided ahead of time,
  • Offer – Ideally, this is the part where we make the offer and complete background checks, you accept, and we all celebrate!
