• Bilinguisme (anglais et français).
• Expérience en supervision (superviseur approuvé par l’AAMFT ou l’équivalent) – minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en supervision dans le domaine de la psychothérapie conjugale et familiale.
• Permis de psychothérapie de l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
• Formation de cycles supérieurs ou postuniversitaire en thérapie conjugale et familiale complétée dans une université ou un centre de formation accrédité.
• Expertise clinique démontrée et expérience d’enseignement et de supervision dans les domaines suivants : Théories du développement humain tout au long de la vie.
• Incidence des changements et perturbations développementales sur le système familial. Évaluation de cas cliniques avec sensibilité aux dimensions développementales et culturelles. Élaboration de formulations de cas et de plans de traitement pour les couples et les familles vivant des perturbations développementales.
• AAMFT Domaine 1 : Admission au traitement Domaine 2 : Évaluation clinique et diagnostic Domaine 3 : Planification du traitement et gestion de cas Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) : 6.
