  • Qualifications requises (TQR) : Diplôme de maîtrise en travail social (MSW) ou l’équivalent. Au moins 4 ans de pratique clinique démontrée en travail social auprès des individus et des familles. Connaissance des théories et techniques qui éclairent la pratique clinique du travail social auprès des systèmes individuels et familiaux dans un contexte social. Expérience pratique et/ou connaissance des compétences requises pour l’évaluation et le traitement dans une variété de milieux de pratique du travail social. Application clinique/pratique démontrée et/ou expérience d’enseignement/de recherche dans les domaines suivants : Les étapes du processus d’aide (préparation, étapes initiale, intermédiaire et finale) à partir de compréhensions issues des valeurs du travail social, des écosystèmes, de la résolution de problèmes et de la perspective axée sur les forces, des théories du parcours de vie et de l’exploration des motivations au changement, de l’établissement de relations et de l’utilisation de soi. Intégration des éléments suivants dans la pratique auprès des individus et des familles : orientation sexuelle, race, classe sociale, genre, culture, migration, capacité et diverses formes familiales. Connaissance et capacité d’enseigner le rôle central de la position sociale (âge, race/racialisation, classe sociale, genre, identité de genre, orientation sexuelle, migration, capacité, etc.) et des rapports de pouvoir (âgisme, racisme, classisme, sexisme, homophobie, transphobie, hétéronormativisme, capacitisme, etc.) intégrés aux activités d’évaluation et d’intervention. Intégration des compétences liées à la pleine conscience en pratique (réflexivité) et réflexion sur les effets possibles des facteurs personnels sur l’évaluation et l’intervention. Connaissances et compétences fondamentales requises pour établir des relations respectueuses et significatives avec les individus et les familles, entreprendre des évaluations approfondies et éclairées, et élaborer des plans d’intervention sensibles et éthiques dans une variété de milieux de pratique.
