Provide supervision, safety, and child-minding services for children and youth in a trauma-informed environment. Facilitate skill-building activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support family goals and resident independence.
Requires a relevant degree in Child and Youth Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable women, newcomers, and those experiencing homelessness.

The Child & Youth Worker will be responsible for providing child-minding services to the residents at Nisa Homes. Under the supervision of the Childcare Lead, the Child & Youth Worker will play an integral role in supporting the residents on their journey to regain independence and fulfill the steps required to move out.
