Core responsibilities

Facilitate life skills programming and provide one-To-One counselling for individuals with developmental disabilities or dual diagnosis. Coordinate community outings and provide job coaching to support participants in vocational and volunteer environments.

Requirements summary

Requires a post-Secondary degree or diploma in social services or a related field and at least two years of experience in the developmental services sector. Must hold valid first aid and safe management certifications and possess strong knowledge of the social inclusion act.
