DS-U26-45 Recreation Therapy Facilitator - SOAR and Discovery Connect

Facilitate recreation therapy programming for youth and adults with developmental disabilities to reduce stress and promote community inclusion. Coordinate community outings, manage challenging behaviors, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish individual goals.

Requires a post-Secondary diploma or degree in recreation/Therapeutic recreation and at least two years of related experience. Must hold valid first aid and safe management certifications and possess strong group facilitation and communication skills.
