The Rankin School of Nursing at St.
Francis Xavier University invites applications for a Part-Time Academic Instructor to teach NURS 265 – The Registered Nurse and Evidence-Informed Practice in the Fall 2026 term.
This course is delivered through StFX Online – Online Learning & Professional Studies. Part-Time Academic Instructor responsibilities include all duties associated with university-level teaching, including but not limited to: <ul> <li>Preparation and delivery of existing course content</li> <li>Evaluation of assignments, tests, and examinations</li> <li>Grading and timely submission of final grades</li> <li>Regular student consultation and student hours</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li> Candidates should have a PhD or Master’s degree with significant experience in the course area.
