Youth Care Counsellor - Horizon Group Care - Day Position

The youth care counsellor works as part of a team to provide emotional support, model healthy relationships, and ensure the physical and medical needs of youth are met. They are responsible for documenting progress, coordinating support services, and advocating for the clients' needs within the program.

Candidates must possess a degree or 2-Year diploma in child and youth care or a related human services field. A valid alberta class 5 driver’s license, a clear criminal record check, and a clear children’s service intervention record check are mandatory.
