The youth care support worker provides hands-On, personalized care and implements individualized support plans to foster a safe, nurturing environment for children. They also facilitate community connections, transport clients to activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a two-Year post-Secondary diploma or degree in a related field and a valid alberta class 5 driver's license. A clean criminal record check and intervention record check are mandatory, along with reliable access to a vehicle for client transportation.
