The Campus Recruiter will drive student recruitment and early-talent pipeline development by building strategic partnerships with academic institutions and student organizations. They will also manage recruitment events, track engagement data in the CRM, and provide insights to improve overall recruitment strategy.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in campus recruiting or early talent development. Proficiency in CRM systems, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel across North America are required.

In this role, you’ll drive student recruitment and early‑talent pipeline development by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including campus partners and professional associations. You’ll engage designated institutions, track student interactions and outcomes in the CRM, and support recruitment events and travel across North America. You’ll also stay current on early‑talent and campus recruiting trends to continuously strengthen strategy and impact.
