The Role The School of Health is seeking an Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The role provides administrative and operational support to the School of Health, assisting the Dean, School Operations Coordinator, Program Chairs, faculty, and students. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing schedules and communications, preparing documents and reports, and supporting academic and administrative processes. Working collaboratively across the School, the position also contributes to operational activities such as procurement, event coordination, space bookings, and committee support, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational standards in a dynamic post-secondary environment. This is a term-certain position with a current term length of twelve (12) months from the start date (start date may be adjusted per candidate availability), with the possibility of additional funding for a renewed term in place prior to the term expiry date and upon favourable evaluations.
