Core responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the academic chair and program heads for paramedic programs.
  • Maintain and coordinate clerical and administrative processes.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and meeting packages.
  • Develop and manage databases and filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, mail, and office supplies.
  • Assist with program documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate program orientation and course logistics.
  • Manage program-Related data and confidentiality.
  • Support financial administration including procurement and invoicing
