Social Worker, College of Pharmacy & Nutrition

The social worker will provide direct counseling, education, and support to clients experiencing chronic pain within an interprofessional clinical team. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and participating in case conferences to manage patient care.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work and possess a valid license to practice in saskatchewan. A minimum of two years of counseling experience and professional liability insurance are required for this position.
