Placement Liaison

The placement liaison provides guidance, coaching, and feedback to students while monitoring their progress and ensuring all placement documentation is collected. They also proactively intervene to resolve concerns between students and placement hosts through negotiation and mediation.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a 4-Year post-Secondary degree and be a registered early childhood educator in good standing. A minimum of 3 years of work experience as an early childhood educator and demonstrated conflict resolution skills are required.
