- Assist in developing behavior strategies.

- Participate in meetings and collaborate with support services.

Requirements summary
- Bachelor of arts in social sciences or equivalent.
- Over one year experience with children with behavioral/Emotional disorders.
- Valid bc class 5 driver's license.
- Ability to apply behavior management strategies.
- Ability to respond to violent behavior and intervene in crises.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong human relations skills
