Core responsibilities
- Maintain student financial records with high accuracy.
- Process account adjustments, refunds, and fee calculations.
- Update and maintain student records and files.
- Research and correct errors in student data.
- Support end-Of-Term processing and reporting.
- Respond to student and public inquiries.
- Liaise with college departments regarding records and financial obligations.
- Assist with system improvements and documentation.
- Support registration and student record processes.
- Produce official transcripts
Requirements summary
- Recognized two-Year diploma in business, information systems or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative and customer service experience in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and student record systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
