Core responsibilities
- Provide quality care and creative programming directly to the children.
- Build meaningful and positive relationships with children and families.
- Create a supportive and safe environment for staff and families.
- Deliver high-Quality, age-Appropriate programs focusing on early learning through hands-On activities.
- Ensure active supervision and smooth transitions between play areas.
- Maintain a well-Organized, safe, and clean environment.
- Set professional standards in appearance and conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development, and training
Requirements summary
- Ece certification or ecea certificate.
- Experience with young children.
- First aid and cpr certification.
- References including one from a christian pastor.
- Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
